The individuals who live at Teck Pioneer Residence can become involved in any community activity, and are encouraged to remain active in any clubs or activities with which they were previously associated.
Within Teck Pioneer Residence, there is a daily program of activities such as recreational fitness, dinner paties, games, as well as monthly pub nights and special events. Residents may choose to participate in a variety of craft programs either in small groups or individually.
Computer
Our residents have assess to a laptop computer or iPad for use as desired, where they can browse the internet or send and receive email. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the building as well.
Family Dining Room
Our Home has a private room that family members or friends of residents can book to share a meal. There is a coffee maker, kettle, small fridge, microwave and toaster available for use in the room. Most families enjoy bringing in a home-cooked meal or restaurant take-out. Please call the Life Enrichment Department at 705-567-3257 Ext. 374 to reserve this room.
